RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Stark will happily accept unused products with original tags attached for a full refund.
You must request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your RMA number for a refund of the value of the item only, or an exchange for the same item in a different colour, based on stock availability.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for refund and purchase the new item separately.

- Please leave a reason for your return, as well as any feedback for us
- Within 24 hours, we will send you a pre-paid DHL shipping label via email.
- Print and attach the return label to your original shipping box.
- Seal the box return to the address below
- We cannot guarantee a lost return that has been sent using a method other than our pre-paid return labels.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the European Union and to our International customers.
Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase from our Italian warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-3 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but we will be doing all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders placed by 3:00 PM will ship the same day and arrive the following day. Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM will ship out the following day. Please note overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will ship on Monday.

Taxes and Customs
We cover the cost of shipping your order to you but we do not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver and due upon receiving your package.
We source the finest materials and produce our handbags in Italy in factories with the highest standards.
In the unlikely event your handbag develops a fault within the 12-month guarantee period we will do our best to repair your handbag or offer a replacement.
